The external stakeholder survey is targeted to individuals and organisations who provide services to, are provided services by and are affected somehow by the services and the work of the ELIDZ. These are suppliers, customers, creditors, government, public groups, mentioning but a few.

The ELIDZ understands that stakeholders’ needs and perceptions change with time, and hence the need to conduct this survey. The ELIDZ has embarked on a strategic term 2020/21 - 2024/25. Therefore, every stakeholder’s opinion counts in this journey.
